RDP Pro Paint is led by Ryan Dixon, who founded the company with a focus on reliability, consistency, and results that homeowners can count on. Since 2014, he has helped homeowners across Southeast Michigan complete painting projects with a clear process, strong communication, and attention to detail that holds up over time. Ryan remains actively involved in the work, ensuring every project reflects the standards the company is built on, from proper preparation to final walkthrough. His goal is simple: Make the process straightforward, eliminate uncertainty, and deliver results homeowners feel confident in long after the job is complete.
JP is the proud father of 4 children and comes from a long line of painters. He plays volleyball and softball. JP has over 20 years of painting experience, including high-end furniture finishing, commercial/industrial, and residential painting. Jp makes sure that our teams deliver on our promises.
GP was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, where he was a jeweler and a photographer. He moved to the US in 2021 for his wife and jumped right on board the RDP Team and has been with us ever since. He is married and has 2 children. GP is the foundation of our epoxy/floor coatings team. He takes pride in every single floor coating we install. GP is also business partners with our owner, Ryan, for our junk removal side of the business.
Josh is our newest addition and a long-time friend of our owner. Josh has a daughter and loves to play basketball and do CrossFit. Josh has over 20 years of customer service experience and has been a tremendous addition to our team.
Craig and his partner have 5 children. Craig loves playing softball along with listening to sports radio every day. Craig has been with RDP for over 9 years. Craig specializes in high-end interior painting and has been painting for over 20 years.
Derick has been on our team for 2 years and has become a highly skilled floor installer. Derick is also very involved at his local church.
Mike is married and has 2 young boys. When he is not working, he enjoys riding motorcycles and traveling cross-country with his son. Mike has worked for RDP for over 5 years. Mike started with us just as we began to take cabinet refinishing seriously and has been a dedicated cabinet refinisher for his entire painting career. He truly is a master of his craft.
Brendan has always loved bringing a story to life and connecting with people. He serves as our brand ambassador, working closely with Ryan behind the scenes to manage our marketing and brand presentation by capturing high-quality project photos and customer testimonials to showcase our work online.
Christi is married and has 2 sons. She has been with us for over 5 years and has been an integral part of our company's growth over that time span. Christi is the engine that keeps RDP running on a day-to-day basis! Christi is also very involved in both her church and volunteer work in her community.
